Very impressed as always, I bought my HVAC mini split 3 years ago, and I’m so happy I did this with Home Comfort Alliance. Every single one of their team are knowledgeable and friendly. These units work so well. I bought the annual maintenance upon installing these in my house, and every year their team shows up before I even think about it, they have me on their calendar before I call. I typically make changes on my unit from my phone while laying in bed, and I’m tech challenged. During their maintenance visits they work with me making it easy for me to understand. This is the type service that is worth writing about. Thank you

We have had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance. Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. We signed up for an annual plan and I appreciate that we get reminders of when our service is due. Yesterday, Anton K. came out to make sure everything was running well. He was extremely informative about how our system works and gave us some tips on how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. He was enthusiastic about helping us and just a generally nice guy. Anton has serviced my heat pump and auxiliary furnace multiple times, and I’ve consistently been impressed with his professionalism. He always arrives on time, introduces himself courteously, and maintains a pleasant and respectful demeanor throughout the visit. He’s excellent at explaining how the system works and answering any questions I have, which I truly appreciate. Anton takes the time to walk me through the current performance of the system and any potential concerns, offering thoughtful recommendations to keep everything running smoothly. Most importantly, he doesn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades or services. Which is why I continue to trust and rely on this company.

The whole experience was wunderbar!! They were able to schedule me just a few days out even though it was not an emergency. The tech, Joshua, was very responsive to my concerns and was able to diagnose it immediately. He found a couple future issues and explained them well, even sat down with me and showed me pictures. I feel like my furnace knowledge quadrupled. He gave me plenty of time to consider my options. And I never once felt pressured. And when I decided to give my thermostat a much needed upgrade, he grabbed it from his truck and replaced it super fast. And after he left I soon had an email with all the pictures and quotes for future jobs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Mike and Ina and the electricians all performed superbly (competent, hard working, very skilled, good teachers) as they installed our new Carrier Heat Pump System and Air Handler. The team was out of the Bremerton office. They accomplished the install in one long day on June 20th 2025. They also had to remove the 20+ year old propane furnace leaving intact our propane water heater, stovetop and fireplace. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Also got a lesson on our new ecobee3 lite thermostat and am now using the app. Highly recommend Home Comfort Alliance!

We were impressed with everyone we met (Ian, Tyler, & Reylli) or spoke with on the phone. Great group of people who were professional and very helpful. We had the duct cleaning/Aeroseal treatment done and would highly recommend them.

Allen, a Home Comfort Alliance technician, has been to our house quite a few times over the years for annual maintenance on our furnace, heat pump, and water heater. He is prompt, communicates well, and patiently answers any questions I have. I am always pleased to see him and appreciate his knowledge. He keeps our equipment performing at its best. Don’t know what we’d do without Allen!
