called Mr. Ray when my heat stopped working and my house was freezing. He told me he’d be there in about an hour — and he arrived right on time! Mr. Ray personally inspected the system and discovered it was rusted out, unsafe, and could have been leaking carbon monoxide. He immediately helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient system and even guided us through financing options to make it affordable. He was hands-on throughout the entire process. We’re beyond happy — enjoying our first warm, cozy night with no more arctic cold in the house! Highly recommend!

I really appreciated the prompt service that Ray's HVAC provided for my AC/HEATING System. He took his time and walk through my system and found the issues. He explained the problems to both me and my husband in a manner that was easily understood. Most of all his cost was very reasonable for the economy we are living in today. I highly recommend his company for your HVAC needs.

I got a new HVAC system, and honestly, it’s been awesome. The house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and I barely notice it running because it’s so quiet. My energy bills even went down a bit, which is a nice bonus. The air feels fresher, and I haven’t had any problems at all. The crew who installed it were super nice and quick, they made everything easy!!! Highly recommend 10/10!

I called Ray's because of their reviews. Every other company said it would be 24-48 hours before a tech could come out. Ray's promised to come out the same day, after hours, and didn't even charge me the after hours few! LaXavier diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and was done with the repair in an hour tops. He was very friendly and understanding. He truly went above and beyond and was courteous the entire time. Anytime I ever need HVAC service again I will call this company and I hope they send LaXavier again. Ray's has a loyal customer out of me now.

Mr.Xavier provided a very thorough inspection of my HVAC. I needed immediate attention to my home being a first time home buyer. He found the problem, assessed the situation and provide documentation of his findings. Finally, he provided me with a reasonable detailed proposal. I highly recommend Ray's HVAC SERVICE. 10/10

We used Ray's to have an HVAC inspection done on our home prior to closing back in November 2021. All the tech did was check the outside unit and did not check the duct work in the crawl space area. Fast forward a couple of months when we had another company come out to service our unit it was determined that our entire system needed to replaced, unit, collapsed duct work, air handler and condensation tubing that was laying on the ground and not connected. If the inspection was properly done we could have used this to negotiate the asking price of the house. I did call Ray's and made them aware of the lack of attention to detail for the tech who did the inspection and they didn't seem to concerned. Also, on a separate note, I also called them and scheduled a time to have a thermostat replaced prior to moving and they never bothered to show up.

Laxavier was a great help! He came and check out my hvac system and showed me what he found and was he was going to do. The fix was minor and it really is having a huge difference. Thank you for your help! We will definitely keep Rays as our go to hvac company!
