Torrance came out for a repair call, and he was very pleasant to work with. He explained what he was doing at every step and was transparent about costs associated with each activity. Ultimately, the unit needed to be replaced. I decided to go with Mad Dash for the replacement and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I am very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Torrance was definitely a blessing in my time of great need. He was professional, kind, courteous and caring. He walked me through everything that needed to be done before he did it and showed me everything that he did when done. If there was something that he didn't have, he went out, got it and continued his work without fail. We utilized Mad Dash to replace a 60-year-old furnace and a 45+ year-old air conditioner. We were very happy with the service from the estimate to install process. Torrance and his crew were great. They were able to get started quickly, they finished ahead of time, everything is working great. They installed a new furnace, AC, and did custom ducts throughout the basement to increase our head room so we don't need to duck to walk around anymore and it all came out beautifully. Highly recommend them.

Mad Dash did an awesome job! I have high efficiency furnace that makes my whole house warm for under 2$ a day. I was spending at least ten times that much on electric heating until I called Mad Dash. I Would recommend their service from small to big Projects.
