Had them out for an emergency repair years ago that was handle great but here lately it's been lacking. Basic checkup left with open attic units that I had to seal back up that still have my duct tape seal on it. It caused the attic fan to short out, they replaced it no problem but 14 months later it's back out. I check it and the wired nuts are hanging out the box and not connected to the joists. I hate to be a homeowner that hovers over contractors but it seems necessary here.

The nicest, no high pressure salesman came out and gave me an analysis of what new system I should consider for a replacement of my 19 year old Trane (that is not broken yet). He explained all my options thoroughly with very reasonable pricing. Since I already know that this company has a sterling reputation, I will definitely be switching to them as soon as my current system kicks the bucket. I love that this company has reputable people as owners and on staff, and that they are not an overgrown conglomerate size, and will definitely go with them. Highly recommended by multiple friends as well.

Patriot Comfort Services has some of the best people on their team. Carla has always been so wonderful and personable every time we speak. Kendrick was so nice on the phone going over my issue and troubleshooting possible solutions before Patrick came out to the house. Patrick is, hands down, the best tech (of any field) that has come in, explained the issue, possible solutions and spent time making sure everything was working properly. Brian and Amber have created a family environment for their staff and clients making it so easy when an issue comes up. Each person treats their clients like they would their grandparents or parents.
