Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Shows me step by step what he was going to do, however, he installed a part that he didn’t need to stating he didn’t see it was already there until he was finished. Cost me quite a bit of money.

As a senior citizen, many months of stress and frustration with my air-conditioning system issues. I called Infinity Texas Air. I spoke with Kristen. She took time to listen to my concerns, she was professional and courteous. She immediately dispatched technician Chase S. to my property. Upon his arrival, he was professional and courteous. He listen to the issues I was having with this system and immediately did his analysis. Upon the conclusion of the analysis, we sat down and Chase thoroughly explain step-by-step conclusion of the findings and resolution. Speaking with Andrew and Chase I made my decision to move forward in fixing the issue. I can truly say Infinity Texas Air, works and cares for their customers and will go above and beyond! Infinity Texas Air was wonderful to work with, especially Raymond. We were in the process of selling our house and were in need of a repair. Infinity Air came out same day and completed the request in no time. Very efficient, courteous, and went above & beyond to provide us before/after photos to close out the request. Thank you!

Chase came out to give a second opinion on 8/6/25 and showed me that not only was my blower motor out but my blower wheel was completely rusted( which the first guy did not mention at all about the rust). He was told it would be 4 weeks before that part came in, which would mean no AC for that time but he went the extra mile and found the part. On Tuesday morning 8/12/25 he personally drove up to Tyler Texas at 5am picked up the part and installed it at my house that same morning. His honesty, integrity, and care for the customers he meets is hard to find in today’s world. I would recommend chase to anyone. I already recommend him to my in laws which will be calling for a tune up in the next few weeks.

Raymond was very personable outright & made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable about my options & helped me understand where the AC unit was at, understood where I was at, & took care of the fix I could do now.
