Jack came out on a Friday afternoon to look at our AC system. Right away he was able to determine there was a power issue with our new smart thermometer. He was able to give us a temporary fix to get the unit functioning properly until we get the correct wiring. Jack was extremely friendly, explained everything and showed me what he was talking about, and even took the hose and cleaned out the debris from the unit outside. HIGHLY recommend his amazing service!

Purchased both furnace and ac units last year. The price and service was excellent! Jack came out and serviced them both. Also replaced the furnace filter, showed how it was done and gave us the label from the box so we can purchase more of them on our own!

Had a confirmed appointment for a system replacement quote for 11/07, Edelman was a no call no show for the appointment. Jack called on 11/11, did not acknowledge the missed appointment and said he would need to call me back. Jack never returned the call and showed up unannounced on 11/12. I let him know we were no longer interested in quoting with Edelman based on the failed communication.

Jansen and his team are grate people and hard working. They upgraded my service from 100amps to 200amps, they also put a new electrical box with an extension to my garage. They trenched the new cable as well and added a EV Level 2 40amps plug in my garage. I recommend them to anyone. They’re super professional and very competitive with their prices! With electric cars on the rise in Freeport I highly recommend them to install your next EV charger at home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t thank Steve enough as he worked to figure out the problem with the AC unit while I was at work. He stayed after hours to make sure everything was working well for before he left and he explained everything he did. Even though it was 100 degrees in the attack and I had no orange juice! Thank you Steve! Jack was very nice on the phone when I called in the morning. I appreciate Jansen and will definitely use them again if needed!

Tyler and Isaiah provided wonderful service. They addressed my questions and concerns and provided answers and options for me to think about. Loved their respectful demeanor. Highly recommend Jansen and if you meet these two young gentlemen you too will be impressed!!

I called Jack to tell him my air conditioner was not cooling my house. This was a brand new unit installed in the fall and this was my first time using it. He said he could be at my home by 3pm that same day! He arrived right on time, found and fixed the problem very quickly at no charge! Jack also installed a new air filter and showed me what I needed to order for my new unit. Great guy, Great service!
