Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a phenomenal experience with Loescher Heating & Air! After getting several quotes to replace our AC and furnace, Loescher came in as the most affordable—and we were blown away by their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. From the very first call, they were responsive, honest, and never tried to upsell us. Their crew showed up on time, respected our home, and had everything installed smoothly and efficiently. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. It’s rare to find a company that checks all the boxes—great pricing, trustworthy people, and work done right the first time—but Loescher absolutely delivered. We’re so relieved to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a new home approximately a month ago and requested a quote on a new air conditioning unit. A guy came out and provided a quote, but I did choose to go with another company. I then received a bill for $100 in the mail. I call to ask what the bill is for and was advised it was for an inspection. I never asked for an inspection and simply wanted a quote and was never told I would be charged for a quote. I advised I was not paying $100 for simply receiving a quote. I was then told I could pay the $100 or be sent to collections or I could buy a new ac unit from them and the $100 would be waived. What a terrible way to do business by threatening to send someone to collections over $100 for a quote that was done. Not a way to do business.

I purchased a new furnace, A/C unit and water heater from Loesher. Everything works perfectly and was expertly installed in just 5-6 hrs. Jay provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Would like to thank the service person that checked our air conditioner this spring , he put in a new part and our conditioner works less cools quicker that it has for few years . Thank you can’t remember his name but did great job

Amazing service and quality customer service. They made the process of getting a new furnace and A/C as easy as it could be. While building my house and going through many contractors, I was very disappointed with mostly all of them... When Jay came and gave me a bid, I was skeptical. The price was very fair. The installer they sent out For a complete HVAC installation was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and cared. When I would call with questions? They would call me right back. I just had problems with my furnace They came out immediately and took care of all the issues. I've never had a contractor who cared so much about their customers. I would strongly suggest. Loeshner heat for any of your HVAC needs....

I had Jared come for my furnace check! He was beyond sweet and did his job very well. He explained everything and even replaced the filter in my dehumidifier. Definitely would recommend Jared again! Also the lady Jessica who answers the phone is polite and will make sure you're taken care of!
