Highly recommend these folks. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They came out to inspect and flush a couple of water heaters (arrived <30 minutes after I called!!!), and one of the heaters needed to be replaced. They left, came back with a new unit and had my old one replaced within a matter of hours on that same day!! Shout out in particular to Dustin Manzo- Master Technician. Dustin was very friendly and professional. Great customer service!!

I've had Art Douglas Plumbing out for two separate issues, and both times they were outstanding, responded quickly and arrived on time. They sent out Jackson who was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the fixes. Both repairs were resolved efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumbers.

I hate to leave any negative feedback but this was outrageous! We had a broken faucet on/off handle and internal spindle parts on our 3 compartment sink. They came out and said it would be $1,600 to replace the sink. We are a struggling restaurant and absolutely couldn't afford that. The sink is 7 years old in good condition with normal wear and tear. We did our research and found the parts for around $40 on Amazon. It took 5 minutes and works perfect! Again, I hate to leave this feedback but I'm blown away how off the wall their diagnosis was & how outrageous their quote was. Obviously they're doing something right based on their reviews but it wasn't my experience. Sorry!

I contacted Art Douglas due to suggestions on the Next door neighbor app and then looked at their reviews. All positive. I called for issues with a shower, low pressure. Erik was at my house in about 20 minutes. He investigated the problem, said it was an easy fix, requiring some access through a wall. I received an estimate that was doable. He and Jack came the next morning and completed the work within a few hours. Erik is very professional and explained the process to a tee. I will call Art Douglas again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We came home and noticed we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom sink. Coming down the ceiling our floor had a big puddle of water. We called Art Douglas Plumbing and Erik was out in 20 minutes and fixed the problem. Fast courtesy service and Erik was so professional and great customer service! For our plumbing needs we will call Art Douglas Plumbing!!!
