Titan

Today I had a new thermostat installed by Charlie Smitson, a service tech from Titan heating and air. Charlie was on time at my home and did an excellent job installing the thermostat and loading the WiFi and related information on my phone. The learning thermostat operates great and gives me access to all functions of the thermostat on my phone. Charlie was professional and very friendly and answered all my questions. I certainly recommend Titan and Charlie if you need hvac work done.

Titan Heating & Air came out today 8/28/2025 to perform an inspection on my HVAC unit and system. The level of knowledge and professionalism alone is enough to warrant a Highly Recommend status. The technician Jonah, was thorough with his inspection, delivery of the information found, and the approach to ensure I understood what he was finding and explaining to me. I look forward to having them correct my HVAC system and bringing my homes comfort temperature level back to normal. I have found my HVAC company and have no intentions on having to find someone else. Thank you Titan Heating & Air!!

Jeff at Titan is great to work with. He endeavors to make everything about your home comfort experience seamless and enjoyable. Recently, he was able to diagnose a weird electrical glitch caused by lightning, and was able to get to the bottom of it , and brought our system back to optimum performance! Really grateful for his follow thru!

Working with this company was very easy from the very start. I had one AC unit stop working, but it wasnt an emergency. Jeff was able to get us in within a couple of days despite the busy time of year seeing. I appreciated the reminder texts and Jeff was kind about me wanting to watch the process. I know this can be annoying for some people, but he was great to explain things as he diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Thanks for your help!

Titan is AMAZING!! My A/C wasn’t working when I got home, put a call in to Titan and within an hour Jeff was here to look at it. You can’t ask for a nicer person! Thank you Titan for making my house cool again! (My dogs especially appreciate it!)

Working with Titan heating and air on multiple projects at my home has been a wonderful experience! Jesse has been the main technician I’ve dealt with but there have been a few others as well. Always professional, timely, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Highly recommend
