Matt, the business owner, was fantastic all around! He was very helpful in explaining the details of replacing our HVAC and Heat Pump unit to me so that I could easily understand. He was also willing to work with my on overall pricing to get to a point that made sense for both sides. The installation was professionally done and clean. I would highly recommend!

We have been working with Prime Air for over 5 years. They installed a complete HVAC system in our home. Years later when we added 500sq ft to our home, they were here again, upgrading the system for our new space. They also come out twice a year for system maintenance. We had an issue with a bad pump shortly after the initial install and they came out quickly to replace the unit. Last year, the AC fail due to a circuit. Once again they promptly fixed the issue. I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great company and service. A few months ago they replaced my entire HVAC system and ducts. Now they service my system twice a year. They are always punctual and communicate everything along the way. They do a great job of cleaning up after they are done. They are local to Gilroy and mostly take on jobs in the area/surrounding area. I prefer a local company that cares about their community rather than an out of town company that is willing to take on a ton of jobs and not do great work. Highly recommend.

Carlos was a true professional. On time, explained exactly what he was going to do, had excellent communication skills and was thorough with every step of the project. Quality workmanship and polite. Thank you for providing a quality worker to complete a complex compressor replacement. He cleaned up the area so well, we didn’t even know he was here.

I signed up for regular HVAC maintenance from PrimeAir. This includes yearly heating and air conditioning inspection and maintenance. The billing is monthly which allows the cost to be spread over the year. The technicians from PrimeAir are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They also show up promptly at their scheduled time and they provide a written report before they leave. With the monthly plan from PrimeAir, it's pretty much a "set it and forget it" system.

Prime installed the latest high efficiency heat pump as well as the ducting. They recommended and installed the proper system to work in conjunction with our solar system for peak efficiency. There are cheaper systems out there, but you get what you pay for. Everything Prime did looked perfectly finished when it was complete.
