TFF HVAC

Once again, TFF HVAC has bailed me out. A plumbing company, who shall remain unnamed, forgot to reactivate the gas line to my heater. I did not know that it was the issue behind my heater not going on, and I while I suspected such, my first call was an SOS to someone I trust: Heidi of TFF HVAC. She showed empathy and assurance that Tony would take care of the problem in an expedient manner. Sure enough, and as usual, Heidi kept me informed with a status, worked around my schedule, and sent Erik out to put our system back in service. Exemplary customer service, honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and quality craftsmanship. Take my word for it, you’ll be happy you contacted TFF HVAC! Thanks Heidi, Tony, and Erik!

Tony and his team were always punctual. He and his wife Heidi would always respond to any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. After the installation we found that the old thermostats were incompatible and they came and promptly replaced with new ones charging us only for the cost of them. Will definitely be using them for routine maintenance also.

TFF HVAC has handled all of our cooling/heating and duct work for the past two years. The team is professional, accountable, and has overcome unexpected challenges in our projects. I strongly recommend the team and their work.

Tony was great. He let us know our options and his prices were better then the others we had estimates on. He finished the job in a timely manner and did exactly what was discussed. I highly recommend him.

We recently had to replace our HVAC system (both heating and cooling), so I contacted several companies to get quotes. TFF HVAC was recommended by a contractor we're working with, and I am very glad he did. TFF's quote was about average compared to the other quotes we got. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process... from quote to scheduling to install to testing and permitting. The quality of their work is excellent and I am very happy with their install. Everyone was also very easy to work with, especially Heidi and Tony. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use their services again if needed.

Overall a great experience with TFF HVAC. There was a bit of a glitch with the appointment itself, but they made up for it. They were thorough, and we were pleased with their work.

My whole experience with TFF HVAC was very good. In the initial estimate, Tony took a real look at my current system before giving recommendations and estimate. The installation itself was done very well, and Heidi coordinated everything very well, even though there several extra things to schedule and coordinate to get the official permit from Mountain View city.
