Fast, friendly service from the time of scheduling through the completed job. My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and upon noticing it these folks were able to get me scheduled in within six hours. I then rescheduled multiple times due to working an on-call job and they continued to work with me around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. Once the tech was on scene, he was very knowledgeable and personable, did a great job at explaining what he was doing, and took care of my problem without any further issues or up sales. The pricing was reasonable without a bunch upfront costs just to get someone out.

Chose this company due to the good Google and Yelp reviews. Our overall experience matched the other reviews in terms of their efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Their $69 service charge was reasonable and I would give Manny, our assigned tech, a solid 5 stars for his friendliness, professionalism and how quickly he identified the issue. The only reason for the three star rating is their high cost of repairs. I already suspected an electrical issue but didn’t have a tall ladder to check the air handlers in the attic. The cause of the problem was simply a faulty electrical switch. Our quote was a whopping $508 (20% discount if you join their maintenance plan, which was reasonable at $250 for the two units we have). Even at the discounted rate of $406 it’s still very unreasonable! An electrician would not dare charge me half as much! Declining the repairs was a NO Brainer… So after spending $150 for a good quality ladder and $7 dollars for a switch and overall about an hour of my time, my AC was up and running again.

Enrique was great! He showed up in less than one hour of my call. He explained what was going on with my AC unit, fixed it quickly, and was very personable! I highly recommend A Quality. From my call (I cannot remember the man's name who I spoke with, but he was great as well) to the service received, it was a great (albeit unfortunate for me) experience!

Our A/C was not cooling as it had been working so I called A Quality HVAC. The person that answered the phone was very nice and professional and he said he could have a tech come by within an hour or two. Chase arrived after communicating his time of arrival and went straight to work on our system. He performed very thorough inspection and testing of our HVAC system and found the heater wire was not connected to the control unit. He repaired that and everything else was testing normal. He advised on the filters we were using and recommended we change them. Chase was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable of HVAC systems. I am very glad I called A Quality HVAC to check and service our HVAC system.
