Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical

Our old tankless water heater gave out and Sky sent over a technician, David, just a few hours after my husband called. Unfortunately we needed a complete replacement. David installed our new tankless water heater the next day. He did a great job despite having to deal with all the eccentricities of my house and how the old unit was installed. He was also very nice and straightforward which I appreciated. I like that there was a flat price quoted for the install regardless of how the install progressed and that the same technician did both the initial inspection/quote and install, issues I’ve had with other companies in the past. The total price seemed a bit on the high end, but it may have been comparable and reasonable since it was for a high efficiency tankless install. Overall, I have no complaints and really appreciate the work that David and Sky did and their promptness.

Michael from Sky Heating & AC was great. He showed up right on time, really knew his stuff, and was super easy to talk to. He listened to all my questions, gave solid answers, and didn’t rush anything. Overall, it was a really good first meeting. I hope to review there offer and see if we can move forward!

Another excellent service from Sky! I had to reschedule the appt a couple times (my fault) and the office team was super accommodating about everything. Kenny M was our technician today. He did a phenomenal job — and became best friends with our dog in the process! Super duper nice person, explained everything clearly, and gave us realistic advice for our 19 year old HVAC. It was like working with a friend who just so happened to know a lot about heating and cooling systems 🙂 UPDATE Aug 4: Kenny helped us get in touch with Charlie D, and we picked out a whole new HVAC system — new A/C unit, furnace, the works. Charlie was personable, patient, very open to tinkering with the setup so we could get exactly what we needed. I never once felt like we were being pushed or rushed to decide. Last Friday we had an install team at our house, led by Jake M, to build out the new system! Let me tell you, I would trust these guys with anything in my home. Jake took things the extra mile to fix previous homeowners shortcuts, including getting an electrical crew out to clean up some of our breaker structure. Once everything was finished, Jake expertly walked us through our whole new system, and it’s been working like a DREAM ever since. They left the space cleaner than it was when they got here. Thank you to the entire team who helped diagnose, design, and replace our old rinkydink system with something reliable and — most importantly — safe!!

Curtis was a great technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and also made me feel comfortable about the visit. The knowledge he passed on about different A/C and heat pump options was really educational and helpful without being overwhelming.

I’m really happy with the professional job Jeff Friberg from Sky Heating and Plumbing performed on my toilet repair. He’s very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sky and will most definitely call them in the future.

While in the process of assessing our home for a new ac and furnace, Sky offered a full free diagnostic of our existing equipment. We knew our ac was definitely in need of replacement but our furnace was still working yet over 15 years old. Kenny came over the next day and spent over an hour looking over everything. He took detailed notes and pictures and provided a full report. He was incredibly friendly and thorough. His efforts were extremely helpful to guide us on purchasing a new system. Thank you Sky!

I’m having problems with my furnace so I called Sky Heating for help. The on-site tech service was great! WAYNE was very friendly and professional and explained the possible repair options - with associated costs - which allowed me to make an informed decision about the best repair option within my budget. I’m waiting for parts to finish the repair but I’m hopeful my issue is resolved so my stay-at-home dogs remain cozy. Because isn’t that what it’s all about!
