Great experience! After being told the part we needed to repair our A/C unit would take several days to procure, our tech went the extra mile to hunt the part down. Our house was back down to a comfortable temperature in no time. Caniglia is always my first call when my HVAC system needs attention.

The technician came out and was very thorough in his maintenance. He even stopped to show me how the controls on my humidifier worked. Very pleased with my service!

Caniglia Heating and Cooling did a great job with installation and maintenance of new a/c and furnace! The technicians, Allen and Sam were very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions. Ray, the manager did a great job explaining the installation process and made follow up visits when I had a couple questions. The a/c system is working great and much appreciated with the hot weather. Most importantly, every person at caniglia, from Kylie the receptionist to the technicians explaining and managing installing the equipment, have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and customer service is a high priority. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from Caniglia HVAC for the installation of our geothermal system. We've since signed up for their maintenance plan because we trust them to keep our home comfortable year-round. We always recommend them to all our friends and family!

Were on site within 24hrs. Our technician Zach, looked a little on the young side so when he arrived we were like, "Does his mom know he is here?" However, we have had at least 4 other companies with "seasoned professionals" come out over the years and Zach was the best. He took the time to listen to the us, the customer, actually do some thorough diagnostics based on our issues and determined that our system was probably hooked up incorrectly since it was installed in 2010. We could never get the house to heat or cool evenly and previous techs explained it away with, well, that’s the way it is" or "adjust your thermostats." Based on his findings he reached out to his supervisor to confirm his recommendations to us. He found our second thermostat was not hooked even up, ran some extra wire, and made some other minor changes and our system has never worked better! Thanks Zach and thanks Caniglia’s for helping a budding tradesman grow in the field! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

Just moved into a new home for which Caniglia handled the supply and system installation. Within 2 days of us moving in their service folks came out to balance the system, handle all equipment warranty registrations, WiFi connect the thermostats, and run through system installation and maintenance. Smooth as silk!
