Very polite professional team. Extremely time efficient. Planned work with details as.well as informative. I would welcome and recommend Jahkari, Trevor and Jainie time and time again? But because of their work ethic and how my system is working I dont think I will see them again at least for that purpose.

This was my first time using this vendor. On 4/25/25 I was scheduled for 79$ A/C tune up. I received checklist that every thing was in good condition, this unit is almost three years old and I had it serviced annually in April. On 07/25/25 the unit was set on 69 degrees but temperature was 74 degrees. As the day progressed the temperature was 84 degrees. I contacted vendor which I thought was open 24 hours per Google. I left a voicemail requesting a call back. I didn’t hear from anyone until Saturday after I had received service from another vendor. As we walked into attic the A/C wires were exposed and two wire caps were sitting on top of unit. The thermostat had to be replaced also. Luckily the emergency weekend charge was waived but I had to spend 235$. The workers negligence caused this issue to happen and cost me triple the 79$ deal I thought I was getting. I truly believe this was done purposely to have me become a return customer.I would not recommend this company.

I truly enjoyed my experience working with this company. I can not thank Jakhari Norman enough for his kindness, patience, and knowledge. He took the time to explain and go over every detail with me. Jakhari went above and beyond for me. I can not praise him enough. I will be asking for him by name from here forward. He deserves a raise, for sure.

These guys took the pain out of the new AC experience. Totally professional, polite, and very respectful of personal property. They came in at around 9AM and by 3PM were gone without a trace. They only thing they left behind was a ton of cold air. Very knowledgeable people and competitive pricing. The quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Duggan's AC.

Jakhari and Trevor were very professional, informative, and friendly. I called about a leak inside of my home and got an appointment the same day. The technicians arrived and got straight to the job. It was also raining cats and dogs. The rain didn’t stop those guys from getting to work done. They also let me know my ac unit was under warranty, but let me know what work they would be able to do for me. I would contact and recommend this business if I need them in the near future. I might add I am big on customer service, and professionalism. The prices were affordable and not out of reach.

Duggan's is the best AC Repair in New Orleans. They showed up fast when my system crashed during the heat, fixed it right away, and charged a fair price.

Very punctual and professional. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan and they went through the unit completely taking amp readings from the compressor, checking my capacitor and took pictures of everything with descriptions of what was needed. Richard and his team were awesome! Giving me the piece of mind that my AC is ready for the summer.
