We highly recommend Franklin Heating and Cooling! Gary came out to do our estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He put together an estimate with several option and took his time to thoroughly explain. The pricing was great! In fact, they were lower than several other companies that we received estimates from. Jeremy and Scott came out to do the installation. They too were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job on the installation, explained the features on the new system and made sure we had no further questions or concerns before signing off. We are very happy with our experience!

Had Franklin out to quote and install new furnace and AC units. The sales tech didn’t try to oversell us and quoted exactly what we were looking for. He also made sure all existing ducts were sized appropriately for the new system. The installation team, Jeremy, Nate, and Ish were very professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. They answered all our questions and showed us how to use the new system. We would highly recommend Franklin.

Shane and Nate came out to perform a full HVAC removal and install. They were very personable and professional. They did great work and we are thrilled with the new system. Ryan, Josh, and Ishmael installed a furnace today and the install went quickly. They cleaned up the area and made the install very profesional. I got a great deal on a new furnace and even checked CO levels, which was 0. I would recommend this place for a furnace

We are the condominium complex entitled The Villas at Maple Creek in Westerville Ohio. Franklin has been outstanding. One major repair under warranty and another minor one under warranty ... and they were fantastic both times! We highly recommend them and also Anthony! He's great!

Thank you to Tony and Josh come out to work on our furnace, and I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There was some back-and-forth between companies — our AC installer had told us the furnace was installed incorrectly years ago. Tony and Josh carefully looked it over, explained that back in 2017 plugging into an outlet was still acceptable per code, but they went ahead and corrected the wiring to bring it fully up to today’s standard. I really appreciate that they took the extra step to make sure everything was done right. They also pointed out details I wasn’t aware of before, like the T-trap on the downflow coil, which was helpful to learn about. Looking back, I wish I had known that HVAC companies handle both heating and cooling — I would have stayed with Franklin for my AC install too. At the time I thought those were separate specialties, so I went with another company. Overall, they did excellent work, were very knowledgeable, and treated our home with respect. I highly recommend Tony and Josh for anyone needing HVAC service — they made what could have been a stressful situation easy and reassuring.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I believe it is important to give a shout out to companies that truly deserve it. My AC condenser went out in early July, and over the course of several days, I had almost every company in the area come out to quote me on a new HVAC system after it was deemed unrepairable. Franklin Heating and Cooling truly stood out from the rest. They did not try to upsell me on things I did not need or pressure me into making a quick decision. They took the time to document sizing issues that other companies completely overlooked, and they patiently explained everything in detail. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. A big shoutout to Ryan from the sales team. Although there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the type of furnace that could be installed given the nature of my home (specifically, whether a 97% efficiency unit was doable), we ultimately worked through it. And even though I would have preferred the 97% unit, and there was not a clear consensus as to whether it would have been doable, I am okay with how things played out . The install team, led my Devin, installed a new furnace, AC, dehumidifier, and humidifier (the dehumidifier was one I had purchased several weeks earlier through Amazon). The installation took longer than the team expected due to some unexpected circumstances, but they made sure to do the job right. When the city inspector came to review their work today, he specifically asked who did the work and commented on how clean and well-done the installation was. We will see how things play out over time with the new units, but I am really grateful to have found Franklin Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need honest, thorough, and professional HVAC work.
