I have been using J&J for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Not only the quality of work but their honesty and thoroughness. On multiple occasions I was anticipating needing to do and spend a lot more to get my systems up to speed and the guys at J&J never once took advantage and have only done the work truly needed for the systems. Zac in particular has been an exceptional tech and provided thorough communication throughout his entire visit today. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call, especially if you have had issues with finding a TRUSTWORTHY HVAC company.

The level of service is exceptional! The office staff, installation crew and the owner provide courteous and professional customer service. Gabrella is very efficient and interested in getting the job done from start to finish. Our installation crew, Bobby, Beck and Christian were great to work with and they go above and beyond expectations. James is super knowledgeable and cares deeply about his company and industry. I recently had new A/C units installed in my home by J&J Refrigeration. I have not always had good experiences with installation . However this team of Bobby, Cristian and Riley proved the exception. I could not have ask for a better team . They all went about there job with efficiency and working together when an issue arose. They were exceptional to work with and represented J&J extremely well. Gabriella was awesome! I called because a friend was being told it will take $4000 to fix his 2 year old ac. She sent out an experienced tech who was able to repair the faulty part and confirmed the other "issues" were fine. Thank you!!

Zack came out to our house to install a new Ecobee thermostat. The installation process was very smooth and he knew how to configure the operational settings and connect to the cloud account. Would highly recommend.

J&J was amazing to work with. James, the owner, and his team are the best in town if you need any AC needs. James was quick to come out to our home and look at our existing AC unit that was nearing its lifespan. James spent a couple of hours at our home examining our existing unit along with hearing our needs and made a great recommendation to put a new 3ton LG inverter unit in. His team (Bobby, Christian, Riley, and Jacob) was able to come out quickly and took care of the tear out of the old equipment and install all of the new equipment within the same day. They were on time and cleaned up nicely after the work was finished. They were also super friendly and answered any questions I had along the way. 5/5 stars.

Troy was a fantastic tech. Worked patiently and diligently to resolve our issue. Overall J&J is an excellent hvac company.
