I had fall preventive maintenance performed today on my Rheem Gas Pack. My assigned Tech was Trevor D. He did an excellent job in checking my unit and making sure it was in proper working condition for the cold season ahead. Everything checked ok and we have peace of mind. This was Trevor's second time at my home and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Thanks for some of the usefull tips you gave me. Mary in the office was very helpful setting up the appointment and keeping us updated. Josh did the work and was phenomenal. Worked very hard to get everything upgraded and working. Very polite and explained the process well.

We just had to replace our system and we had a great experience with Atlantic. My family has used them many times over the years so they were our #1 choice. Joe & Russ were fantastic. They identified things we did not know about and changed the plan as needed because they were thorough and really care about the quality of their work. Their attention to detail and workmanship are unmatched! Dave the service manager even came out to check on the job. Jordan and Mary in the office were fantastic to work with as well. We are a long-time customer of Atlantic Plumbing and Heating. We unexpectedly had to have both our heater and AC replaced yesterday. Mary in the office has been wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Joe was our project manager and he and his team were professional, thorough, answered all of my questions, were very sweet to my dog who supervised the installation, and they cleaned up so nicely that I would have never known they were here. I highly recommend Atlantic and I want to say thank you to the entire team for their courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!

My heat went out and I called them and they came out and fixed it within I think about an hour. They have been our go to business for heating and air condition problems for many years. Their repairmen are very, very nice and explain what the problem is and very reasonable prices too. I’d give them more stars if I could.

very friendly, and fast, I just called today, and Mary able to get me scheduled, Joe did the annual maint on the heater in no time at all, but I still waiting for my report, and my billing for my record.

Had to call on a Saturday and got first class service immediately! Dave was pleasant from the phone call through his entire visit. He really was a blessing to us that day. Thank you!
