Jesus was our technician who came out to help us with our leaking water heater. He arrived within 2 hours of calling and reviewed our unit from top to bottom. He went through his findings and suggested solutions. He broke down what needed replacement. He updated our whole area where the water heater sits and the all fixtures. He took some time to get it done. It looks great and I don't think we will need to worry about it for many years. He was very nice, knowledgable and patient. I would definitely recommend him.

Our water heater gave out early Saturday morning. There was water everywhere. I called Water Heater Specialists and they were here within 90 minutes on a SATURDAY at 7am.m without an appointment. The technician Rene was great and did a top installation and answered all our questions. Good company, good people with good service and prices. Ernesto came out within a hour. He identified the issue and educated me on his services. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced due to its age. On the brightside, he was able to break down the cost of replacement and made sure my home would be receiving the best service. The whole service took 3 hours, however it felt faster than expected. My water heater broke on a Saturday late afternoon. The plumber, Richard, arrived at my home in no more than 90 minutes. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater quickly, explained all the features, and was extremely helpful. Thank you for making this experience so easy—and a special thanks to Richard. Have used Water Heater Specialists for many years. Very convenient with knowledgeable service technicians. Ernesto got right to work and talked about my options. Repair was 1/3rd of getting new for 19 year old water heater. Decided to go with new. Just made sense. He had new one installed in no time at all. Yeah, we have hot water again.

Great service from start to finish from Jesus. I would definitely recommend. When we first saw a leak on our water heater, we called the number listed on the water heater and someone picked up in two second - even though it was 9pm on a Friday. The service person on the phone was calm, friendly, and helpful. A technician arrived the next afternoon (Jesus). He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. He helped us figure out the best options for us, and the installation was also efficient and did not disturb us even though the water heater is in our house. Excellent experience.
