Issac and Rex were my initial contact with Xcalibur company. I must say that they were very professional and knowledgeable. Issac and Rex informed me of the different types of air conditioners and my financing options. Upon which time I selected the unit I desired . Then the very next morning Andrew, and his team from Xcalibur arrived to my home around 8:00am to begin installation.I must say that they were very professional and efficient. They were extremely polite and respectful in their interactions.After they finished installing the new system they asked if I had any questions about the new system. They then proceeded to show me how to use the Trane App on my phone. They answered all my questions. They finished the job and then they left. From beginning to the end, Excellent service!!!

Chad was very resourceful and quickly fixed a gas leak that could have been a hazard. I was very happy with the after hours response time and especially his knowledge of this industry. He informed me that the gas valve shown in the picture is not legal anymore and I have had several other companies in the area put their hands on it. Cannot recommend anyone but Xcalibur. So grateful for such amazing people and their exceptional work. Thank you

Xcalibur finished a massive overhaul of my plumbing system including replacing the water heater and the main water lines to my house. They were upfront about pricing and they gave me multiple options if I could not afford to have the whole system replaced (which I ended up doing). They were timely, efficient, punctual, respectful and honest. They had to follow up with one additional task which took about 10 minutes and they called me 40 minutes ahead of time to say they were on their way. They gave me reasonable financing and were easy to communicate with. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Almost all our electrical was original to our ‘66-built home, from the aluminum wiring to the service connected to the house. We had electricians from 4 companies come out, and only Roy and A from Xcalibur even looked at what was happening in our receptacles to realize they weren’t compatible with aluminum wiring (so other electricians we’ve had out didn’t bother to check when they replaced a few when we moved in during 2019). We needed some major work: replacing and raising the service to the house, grounding the house, replacing the breaker panel, dedicating breakers to the refrigerator and dishwasher. So with all that we couldn’t necessarily convert all of the wiring too, so having them bring all of our plugs and switches up to safety compatibility with aluminum was our best bet. I’ll be the first to say Xcalibur wasn’t the cheapest option, but they were BY FAR the most thorough and Roy and An were QUALITY folks: efficient, kind, willing to explain everything so I could understand, answer mildly unrelated questions regarding safety of hanging a shelf, a light that wouldn’t work, etc. These two did so much in just 2 days, and one of them outside during one of the hottest days of July. They cleaned up any drywall dust, offered to move all my furniture back (I declined, because when else am I really going to clean under there?), and really made the new breaker box look so nice (the ragged drywall was a previous electrician, not them). They triple and quadruple checked their own work, which is awesome because the city inspector was only here for 3 minutes after making them wait an hour for arrival. I can’t speak to any of Xcalibur’s other services yet, but if their other techs are anything like Roy and An, I’m wholeheartedly on board.

The team at Xcaliber has been excellent. From the time I called to schedule an appointment and service to the services provided I have been impressed and pleased. Very professional and customer service oriented. Detailed explanations of services offered and completed. Well spoken and took the extra time to show me my options and answer my questions. Equally impressed with the packet of information that was provided to me. Costs and options were explained. Ms Bell, Loren, Landon, Isaac were great professionals.
