From my initial phone call until the actual on time arrival of my excellent service tech, Chad Vick, I was impressed with the professionalism of this company. Cindy who coordinated everything is excellent. She communicates well, She is prompt, pleasant, polite, and efficient. Tommy in sales was extremely helpful and pleasant. Chad, who did the repairs was wonderful. His reputation is well deserved. He went the extra mile in not only making my repairs but attending to small things and fielding my questions along the way with clear and educational explanations. I appreciated that very much as I like to understand what is going on. He was very patient and kind with me. Their service was excellent and their price is very reasonable. Great experience! Capital Comfort Services and its Professional Team were great. The install crew is very knowledgeable and work efficiently. Installers with many years of combined work experience. Capital Comfort Services ensured correct HVAC system size for our home. Older home needed new efficient HVAC system and air duct repairs. Highly recommend Capital Comfort Services.

Capital handled all inspections and coordinated with Alabama Power and Spire to ensure everything was seamless. They communicated information about each technicians that would be out.
