OnTime Service

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with On Time Service and our technician, Art. We needed a major electrical job done, which included installing a new power service box and, most importantly, cleaning up someone else's mistakes from a previous job. Art and his crew were the definition of professional and kind. They were respectful of our home, communicated clearly, and did an amazing job. I was shocked that they were able to get such a complex job in and out in just two days. The quality of their work is outstanding, and it gives us incredible peace of mind. This was honestly money well spent. If you need a reliable, skilled electrician who does things right the first time, I cannot recommend Art and the OnTime Service team highly enough.

Charles did awesome, was on time, professional, communicated clearly and made sure to check everything was perfect before he left. 10/10 would recommend if you need appliances installed after a big corporation says they can’t complete the installation bc they aren’t licensed to do so.

Caden and OnTime Service were quick to respond, get me scheduled same day and repair complete! I started with a text inquiry and Courtney responded and called within 5 minutes. She gave me options to get on the schedule and I took the first available which was same day. She called me back to let me know that Caden was 45 minutes away and he was on time, dressed professionally and was very nice. He explained his repair and the warranty. I will gladly call OnTime again but hope I don’t have to!

Austin showed up as scheduled, took down the old chandelier and put up the new one very quickly. He cleaned up the dining room and the only proof he was here is the new light. Great job. Plus, all done in a Saturday.

Caden did a wonderful job replacing our tub spout with diverter, and repairing the copper pipe. He was professional, sincere, and personable. He made sure to let me know about how his work is warrantied, and that I should call if I have any problems at all with his repair. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

On time service a generator installation company installed a whole house generator on 5/16/25 on my property in Morris Alabama. And chief generator installer Sam Ferril did an outstanding job with the installation and his customer service skills was outstanding, he went above and beyond and my house and the property outside was left very clean and it was spectacular. The generator purred like a kitten and he was always on time and was there when he said he was going to be there. I definitely will use his company in the future because On Time Service s has set the standards in company practice and customer services and by far the best company in the world. There is no other just imitators who sell products that they do not have and cannot deliver and try to steal your money and your life. Thanks On Time Services let those other warehouse generator co in Birmingham go out of business because of their own stupidity.

Olajide was an awesome, thorough, knowledgeable, and swift plumber. Would recommend him to anyone! Olajide even gave me a little chemistry lesson on my water quality. Matthew oh my you thank you! This weeks heat is going to be unbearable and to know that my family no longer has to worry about the heat with you repairing my HVAC means so much! You guys were on time and beyond professional!
