Oak Grove

Tony and his team were awesome! They were able to get us on the schedule fast and worked with our short timeline. They provided us with electric heaters to use in our home while they installed the new furnace since we would be without heat overnight; that was a nice touch. Customer service was great, workmanship was clean, HIGHLY recommend!

The folks at Oak Grove are the best in the business. They did a very professional job installing my new HVAC unit a couple years ago, but what’s even better is the way they stand behind their products and workmanship. Any time I have an issue their team is ready to diagnose and repair (often within hours of calling) with all parts and labor covered under their generous 10 year warranty. Highly recommend!!

I want to start this review by just saying WOW!!! Oak Grove heating and cooling has gone above and beyond with customer satisfaction. We are adding an addition to our home and with meeting with the owner. We were met with care and understanding of our needs. He made some suggestions and we decided to go with a mini split. Upon him (owner) checking out our current furnace to our house, he found a few major issues. One in which was the carbon monoxide discharge from the furnace pipe was loose and could have leaked into our home. So concerned that he came back the next day and repaired it. So first off if you’re looking for somebody that’s concerned about you and your family‘s well-being this is the company to go with. Second, the workers that have showed up to my house which we have seen numerous because we had decided to do some other things other than just the mini split. We have been met with some of the nicest gentlemen. I think they are the best in the business. Their workmanship, professionalism, and respect for my house says a lot. For everything we have had done I feel the price was very fair.

I would highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone who needs help with their HVAC systems. He dispatched Stu, Preston and Trevor to change out our furnace. These guys were fantastic very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely well trained. They also were very respectful of our home with drop cloths and such to protect our floors and things. When they finished they cleaned up everything and removed all the debris and took everything with them. Fantastic job guys and thank you in advance for maintaining all my equipment in the future.

Oak Grove heating and cooling I wish I could give more than five stars, I have to start by saying thank you to Tony For your knowledge, hard work and kindness. Tony hooked up two gas lanterns on the outside of our house. He even worked on Father's Day giving up some of his time to his family for his customers. I appreciate everything that you did for us very much I would 100% recommend using this company.

A+++, from scheduling with Natalie to the diagnosis and repair by Jason. Jason was timely, explained everything he was doing to diagnose the issue with my furnace/AC, and what he found and didn’t find. I’ve never had a professional perform such thorough work with the patience to persevere until everything was 100%! Jason LIKES what he does and is a brilliant HVAC Technician with outstanding customer service skills. My experience could not have been better! If this isn’t your go-to company, it should be. We had a great experience. Our water heater got very hot all of a sudden. The owner came and looked at it shut it down and then the next day we had a new one installed. Awesome customer service and very professional people.
