I can’t say enough good things about this company! They went above and beyond to help us when our heat wasn’t working right after I had a baby. They came out multiple times without hesitation to make sure everything was truly fixed and took the time to figure out what was going on. The team was kind, caring, and incredibly professional — they knew our situation and worked quickly so our home would be warm and safe. I’m so grateful for their dedication and customer care. Would highly recommend. Service has been great, I first used them about 2 years ago for a new furnace and they had it replaced and working within a few days from my original phone call. Chris has been great as a technician as well, very professional and knowledgeable.

I had an emergency AC issue on a Sunday right before a flight, and Weathervane stepped in when another company had clearly failed me. While the final cost came out to around $1200 — including 24-hour emergency service, part replacements, and a return visit for installation — the value they provided was worth every dollar. I highly recommend!!! Chris, the technician who came out, was exceptional. When he arrived, the fan was still working, but he quickly identified a clogged condensate drain — something the previous company was supposed to have cleaned just a few months ago. Unfortunately, by the time Chris got there, it was too late: water had already seeped into the system and caused serious damage. Chris took the entire system apart and confirmed that both the motor and control board were fried from water damage. What really set Chris and Weathervane apart was not just their ability to diagnose and fix the issue, but how they took the time to educate me along the way. Chris showed me how to prevent future clogs and how to change the filter on my humidifier (something the original installers never explained). I've already saved $62 by replacing the humidifier filter myself — a small thing, but one that adds up and gives me more confidence in managing my home system. Weathervane didn’t even install my system, but they treated me like a priority customer and left me feeling more knowledgeable and empowered. I’d highly recommend them to anyone — especially if you’re dealing with another company’s shortcuts or shoddy work.

Jeff was super professional and diagnosed/fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. He also thoroughly explained how it all works and educated us on how to maintain a healthy unit. Very satisfied with Weathervane, 10/10 would recommend.
