I have been Delivering to Central Heating and Cooling for the past few months. Their warehouse team is hands down one of the best, most professional group of guys I have ever dealt with. I am always in and out. I am greeted by Taras when checked in, who has Nazar swiftly and efficiently offload me. Makes my job super simple. If they run their warehouse team this efficiently I can’t imagine how well their actual service is!!

This was a perfectly seamless encounter to replace 2 HVAC systems knocked out by a lightning strike. I received quotes from 4 companies in the Charlotte area and Central Heating and Cooling beat the competition not only in price but with superior customer service. Starting with sales: Irving was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, explained all steps involved, followed up appropriately and was accessible when needed. Most importantly, we didn't feel pressured by him to make a deal. Second: installers, Josue and Juan, arrived on time, installed the units without delays, explained the progress, and left the place precisely as it was. Third - Office help - Jesus stayed on top of rebate applications and Nyra is the command center, the voice of all coordination. Her communication to the customer is outstanding. So far, we have received everything in our contract within appropriate time frame, communication to Central is consistently positive and timely, calls are answered and call backs performed. I would recommend this company 100%!!!!!

He took the time to walk me through the new system, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was clean and perfect before leaving. My experience with Central Heating & Cooling has been excellent all around. My HVAC system needed to be replaced and I received several quotes from different companies. Central was by far the best value, and backed by their stellar reviews and track record it was a clear choice. Irving Pastrana provided estimates in my home. He was professional, the most thorough, and pleasant to work with. It made an otherwise difficult decision easy to make. The system was installed on schedule and has been working great. There was just one minor issue with the thermostat after installation, which Central was quick to respond to and they replaced it with a new unit. Overall they've earned 5 stars for good reason and I would recommend them.
