I have used Helms for 20 years now. they originally installed the units in all the homes in our community. I have always found them to be honest and the service person always polite and pleasant. they all are very knowledgeable. I also have 2 a/c units and 2 furnaces and my purchase price reflects my yearly contract that I pay in advance for the year.

Helms has been servicing our HVAC for nearly 20 years and has always done an outstanding job! Ram was our technician this time, and he was extremely professional — he clearly explained the issue, how it would be fixed, and even walked us through the entire process with pictures. I highly recommend Helms and Ram! I’ve already referred Helms to friends and family, and they all agree that the service is top-notch.

We did a year of researching and interviewing companies before choosing Helms Heating & AC. What sold us was the people and level of professional service everyone provided. Sam was AMAZING to work with throughout the whole selection process of replacing our HVAC. Jessica in the office handles everything and she is so thorough, professional and friendly that you couldn't ask for a better administrator. John the Technician is amazing and so informative and knowledgeable! Levi and Melvin are top notch installers who are prompt, professional, clean, neat and went way beyond our expectations. They corrected duct problems from the previous company and stayed late to make sure our system was functioning on a very cold night. Hats off to you guys! We made the best choice by selecting Helms and will be forever loyal to them.

I chose Helms Hearing and Air because of the great reviews and I’m glad I did. Great customer care with scheduling and my service technician Travis was very friendly and professional and took time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.

Nate and his team were very thorough and took their time installing my heat pump. They patiently answered all my questions and even set up my Nest. They did a great job and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely like to have this team again. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Helms technicians are excellent, always professional and prepared. Today the tech Caleb Wheaton went about his business, left the workspace the why he found it and thoroughly explained the work he had performed and showed me the condition of the parts he replaced. As usual a service call well done!
