Michael and Olei were totally fabulous! Professional and polite. Informed me of every step taken. Was very respectful of my home. After the job was completed, they took the time to explain how to move forward; who to contact if we have questions; ensured we had adequate carbon monoxide detectors; and, again asked if we had questions. I was totally pleased!

My warranty company set up an appointment with Formula Air for the heating issue we had. Communication with Amanda via text was quite and easy . Tech Austin was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. Explained everything in detail to me. Very happy with the job done.

The scheduling staff and technician were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be at the house for the appointment and left a key. Austin showed up on time, called me at work to explain the problems with my system, send me pics of the issue and kept me up to date throughout the repair process. Very reasonable prices. I've found my new HVAC company!

The technician (Tiago) from Formula Air was remarkable. He kept me informed of his early arrival for the appointment. After arriving, quickly identified the root cause for the heating unit not turning on to be low voltage wiring malfunction. While fixing that problem, he also found the whole-house humidifier wiring was not done properly and fixed it too! Overall great experience. I will strongly recommend Formula Air for your HVAC servicing or repairing needs.

The technicians were thorough and efficient. They were timely and very professional.They explained the problems with my heat system, Tthey replaced parts and explained how to use all appliances installed after they completed their work. Great service for senior citizens as they explained everything they were doing and how to manage it subsequently.

Was paired w/Formula Air through my warranty company. My AC was auto shutting off and my usual quick fixes weren’t working. The office staff was great and so kind when I needed to reschedule. Thiago came out and did a great job. He assessed, took pics to show me and explained the issue along with options for future maintenance. He then fix and cleaned up my system very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and plan on making them my regular HVAC company for all things.

Austin did a great job getting both my AC units back up and running. Staff members that assisted me were courteous and professional. You guys absolutely rock!
