I made the mistake of trusting the high reviews. I'm not faulting the technician here but rather the company seeing an opportunity for greed rather than trying to fix the problem. I have an older heating system in my house and it uses a modern smart gas valve. It's a $300 - $400 part that can be bought online. They quoted me around $300 for the part plus labor. When the tech showed up he said the part they brought wasn't the right one. I said that's fine just call me with the new one and we'll get it fixed. They called me back stating they thought it would be a better idea to replace the entire heating unit rather than the part as the part now costs $1700 plus labor. That's total BS and a lie. I can buy the exact part online for less than $400 retail. I guess I'll be doing the repair myself or having an honest company do it. Do not trust this company when it comes to advising you need an entire new hvac unit as this is purely a greed play and they know what they're doing. They looked at the house and thought oh this person has money let's see how much we can get from them.

Bolls Heating & Cooling showed up 1/2 hour early (8:30am) and had our new AC unit installed by 12:30pm. Laid down mats in our house so no tech would track anything in, and even repaired duct work for no charge! We were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. We were given a 10-year warranty on our new AC unit, for no extra charge. The bill was what they originally quoted us for the new unit. Thank you Bolls Heating & Cooling, mission accomplished!

I bought my first home and within two weeks of closing our 30 year AC unit finally kicked the bucket. Our home warranty company sent a tech out to investigate the issue and found the unit needed replaced entirely. Said tech and his company provided us a quote that ended up being $3000ish more than what Boll's quoted us. We opted to shop around for other quotes and I'm grateful we did! I called Boll's and they were able to have someone out the next day to look over our system and get us a quote. This service was free! Nick came out and was extremely friendly and efficient. He made me feel comfortable and heard. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for doing so. After consulting with my partner and discussing options, we decided to go with Boll's. They got us on the schedule for the following week which we were beyond grateful for. Derrick and Joe just left our home after completing the replacement and I couldn't be more pleased. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves- even wiping off our floors as it had been raining today! Boll's is truly a one of a kind local business that lives up to their promise. It is obvious they take care of not only their customers but their staff as well. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Boll's!

Been dealing with Bolls for at least 5 years and it hurts to say they let me down this time. Paid a diagnostic fee, sent techs out several times to only try to upsell me on an item that would’ve cost $800+. Contacted another company and they fixed my wires that no one else could see, NOT even management. I’m disappointed as I purchased my air conditioning unit from this company. Guess it’s time to take my business elsewhere. They did at least give me the service fee back.

Very good experience with the company. Referred by a friend who used them when building their home, then many years later the person who bought their house used them as well. I replaced both the AC and furnace, and added a mini split in a large room above the garage that was freezing in winter, and unbearably hot in the summer. Happy with the results given the constraints of the home's crappy ductwork and we finally have air coming out of every vent. Best of all I have a comfortable, usable room above my garage. Looking outside the house you can't even tell there's now ductwork for the mini split. Pricing was reasonable, work done very cleanly. All employees very professional. Would use again.

The team at Bolls installed a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and air conditioning system in my home to heat and cool our garage. From the initial sale to the finished installation every stage of the process was smooth and straightforward. I had a lot of questions and the sales team and the installers were all very knowledgeable and honest in their responses. Nick in sales and the installers Rick, Pete, and Richard were all very professional and did a top-notch job for us. I plan to use them again when we need more HVAC work done. I'm lov'n our new mini-split.
