Right from the initial inquiry, the owner was incredibly communicative, walking me through the options and providing a detailed, accurate quote with no surprises. The installation was handled by Nick and Chad, who were the epitome of professional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean. Their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It's rare to find a company with such great communication and skilled technicians. Highly recommended!

Fireplace repair: Phillip was a polite and kind man with a smile like sunshine. He is a knowledgeable technician that shared future maintenance schedule, the feasible longevity of the fireplace, and answered all of my questions about operation, heat distribution, bird access, etc. The fireplace area looked better after he left than when he got there. This company gets 5 stars for Phillip, an outstanding technician and for their automated customer service text bot. Kohles and Bach is going in my contact list.

Philip, arrived on time and did a great job of servicing our gas fireplace for the winter. Service was fast, friendly and affordable. Philip also noticed some previously unknown corrosion in the fire box and explained how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use Philip and this company again
