David came out and replaced the cap to the main stack after it was leaking..the company did not question anything and sent technician out right away he resolved the leak and was very kind! Anthony was a very pleasant and professional young man. He stayed and completed the job then cleaned up. The camera man could not for some reason get his camera to make a turn in the pipe so we didn't get any pictures. I don't quite understand this. I'm sure we are not the only people who have a turn in there pipe. He stated that his equipment was very expensive and he didn't want to break it. He should have tried a little harder.

JR and Marquies were PHENOMENAL. Really made a typically horrible experience surprisingly pleasant and the experience from start to finish was seamless. Personable mannerisms, professionalism, and respected my property and belongings. The assessment of the issue was thorough, identification of the problem was super quick, and they got started right away on fixing the issue. Resolved before I could even finish my cup of coffee, electronic payment was easy, and they were on their way! I missed saying this on my previous review. I am very pleased with Eric's performance as a plumber. He gave me information that I wouldn't have asked about regarding my pipe leakage. He took time to check things out and tell me what he would be doing and why. I'm very pleased with Dick Ray's service. I would recommend them to others.
