I worked with Lieann and Billy to replace a small unit and install a new 3-ton system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They're professional, clear in their communication, and upfront about scheduling. Even though they were busy, they kept us informed and offered to move us up when a cancellation opened. The larger install was challenging because we wanted the unit mounted on a rock wall with the pipes running out from the bottom. The team had to drill through roughly 20 inches of lava rock, which isn't easy, but they handled it efficiently and cleanly. The end result looks great and works perfectly. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them.

It’s been about 15 months since we had this unit installed. Everything was done professionally and on time. Our electric bill went down steadily as the months passed by and the cost for this unit has been captured through all the savings on our electric bill. We purchased 4 units to provide a/c to our 2 level house from Pristine recommended from a friend and we are very happy with our purchase. The cost to put our units in and buy them was a great deal and worth it with those stagnant summer nights when trade winds were MIA. We had an issue with one unit because we live right next to the ocean and of course, anything by the ocean is subject to salt water erosion and more. Pristine has a solid warranty and the defective parts (due to corrosion) was replaced under warranty. Overall, our units perform great. I would highly recommend getting split system units for your home through Pristine. The price point was excellent, the replacement under warranty was smooth and in general, communication to the company and the contractors are punctual which is something that I personally appreciate.

Billy and his crew are the best super thorough went out of their way to make sure our new units were installed efficiently. Answered every question I had as well as even going the extra mile to make sure my units were framed out to be flush to the wall. A++++ I highly recommend them to everyone I know, they got a lifer customer in me. They do not disappoint!

Jason came by to service our AC unit. He was professional and worked efficiently. We felt comfortable during the service and he even explained how things worked when we asked. 10/10 would recommend Jason and pristine AC.
