Rutan Refrigeration did an outstanding job installing our new split AC unit. From start to finish, they were kind, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home. Troy and his team took great care to protect our space from spills and debris, and thoroughly cleaned up after removing the old unit. The installation itself was truly exceptional—top-notch work through and through. We highly recommend Rutan for your residential and commercial needs!

This was the second service received from Rutan Refrigeration for our annual preventative maintenance services including the deep cleaning of the drain line with nitrogen shot, water tested and sprayed chemical treatment onto the pan, scrubbed and wiped the grills. Since Rutan Refrigeration is a Hawaii Energy certified Clean Energy Ally, they provided me an instant rebate of $75 which was very nice. We are very happy with their prompt, quality, and professional services. Strongly recommend to others.

My condenser fan motor went bad on a Sunday evening. Rutan was out on Tuesday and Mike was super professional. Called ahead of time and told me when he was coming and called me when he arrived. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was helpful when I told him that I was working with a home warranty. Rutan was able to work with my home warranty company and got everything done. When mike returned he had everything up and running in under an hour. Mahalo nui loa Rutan and Mike!

I’ve used Rutan for servicing my split AC units, multiple times and I couldn’t be happier with their services. From the time I call them, they are professional and offer good advice on what I need for my systems. Last week the technician arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He did his inspection, deep cleaned the systems, ran a systems check at the end to ensure everything was functioning appropriately. Over this past week my family could tell that the house has been cooler overall since the service was completed. I highly recommend Rutan and will continue to use them for my annual preventative maintenance.

Justin provided outstanding service for an annual AC service, as well as a minor repair for the overflow drains. He was extremely professional, sincerely courteous, and clearly knew how to address any issue. We also appreciated tha Justin called us in the morning with an estimated time of arrival, and indicated he'd call within the 1/2 hour (nice tof him to narrow down the typical 3-4 hour window). We've used Rutan for almost ten years, and the quality of service has always been exceedly excellent.

Natalie was a pleasure; she took our information and got us scheduled with no hassles! Ryan showed up on time, diagnosed, explained it, fixed, made sure all worked, and was even nice to our new puppy! Professional, competent, and pleasant. We couldn't ask for anything more!
