Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating

AC quit working Sunday pm. I left Mid Cities Air a message online that night. They called early Monday morning, and came out mid morning to do the repairs. All completed and AC running nice and cold by 11:00am. Thank you all very much! Glad I was referred to you by a close friend. Will be using your company going forward.

Hands down they have my business moving forward. Being a single mom, I get the run around from many companies. They gave me suggestions how to solve my AC issue before even scheduling an appointment. No one does that! They arrived within an hour of my call and fixed my AC - good price, no scare tactics, friendly, and professional. I will be adding their number to my contacts!

Excellent service, they said the technician would be there at 7am and he sure was! Done in about an hour and had all the necessary supplies with him and helped out so much! John or Jon was an absolute savior making our home cool again 🙂

The AC was not cooling properly. The technician came by and found the issue immediately. He fixed it and didn’t charge me, since I had them install a new system a few years ago. Their technician is up front and honest. It’s a family owned business, and I call them anytime there an issue with my HVAC system.

I’ve used this company twice. Both times fast and done right. Very honest work great pricing. I’ll keep using these guys. Call them they don’t disappoint.
