Replacing my system has had me stressed for years and Top Gun Heating & AC repair made it such an easy process. They worked quickly but with precision and got everything set up. They took the time to explain each thing I would need to know about the system, the filters and the thermostats. Every single technician has been so polite and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service with patient explanations. Highly recommend!

David was great at explaining every aspect of our new HVAC units. And giving me the options so that I can make the best informed decisions. He answered all my questions leading up to and on install day. The install crew was crazy good they finished two full systems in a single day. They worked efficiently and even though I didn’t realize they did didn’t take a break all day long. They also detected a gas leak by the gas meter and we called the gas company and they came right out and waited for the gas company to finish so they could test the heater. One of the heaters would not turn on and after discussing with the tech, they got the cooling working. And are sending a tech out to make everything fixed. The only thing that may be slightly negative is there were plastic pieces with metal spikes on them on the driveway and luckily I didn’t drive over them. They did an overall good job of cleaning up, that was the only negative thing but thankfully only minor since nothing happened! Very happy I went with top gun!

Called Top Gun yesterday for our summer check up. Received very prompt service. Jacob (a very nice and respectful young man) arrived the very next day at exactly the time they said he would. He cleaned the coils, changed my filters and reassured me the system is working well. It's a relief to know we have Top Gun to rely on. Shout out to Vanessa and Jonathan too! Top Gun was great to work with from start to finish. I called them at the beginning of the week, and they were able to install a new A/C and furnace by Thursday. Everybody I spoke to at this company was friendly, courteous, and professional. Keep up the phenomenal job.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jon and the entire Top Gun Heating and Cooling team for a truly exceptional job. I had a major project at my home that involved the removal of an old, heavy attic furnace and R22 unit—equipment that had started causing structural issues in my attic due to its weight. This wasn’t a simple task. It required careful dismantling to avoid further damage, safe haul-away, and the relocation of the system back into the home’s original mechanical closet. The team executed this with great care and precision. Planning the new system was no small feat. They worked closely with me to ensure proper duct sizing and airflow, and together we developed a solution that met both structural and performance needs. The new duct system was custom-built, and throughout the process, they took the time to make sure every detail was right. Jon, the owner, even came out personally to go over everything with me, and if something wasn’t quite right, they made it right—no hesitation. Jon is a good and honest businessman, and it really shows in the culture of his team. I especially want to recognize Kevin Chavez, who served as the team lead on my project. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and meticulous. This was a large and difficult job, but Kevin never once cut corners. His attitude and workmanship gave me full confidence in the process from beginning to end. My system was commissioned back in April, but I waited a few months to post this review to be sure everything was running smoothly—and it is. I’m grateful for the high level of service and quality work delivered by this team. If you’re considering a major HVAC project, you’ll be in great hands with Top Gun.

I just had a good experience with Top Gun - we had AC failures and we needed two heat pumps ASAP. Scott was great and worked with our limited budget until we settled on two high SEER units that qualify for the fed tax credit. UPDATE - March 2025: We found out over this past winter that Top Gun connected the wires from the two new heat pumps to the thermostats incorrectly and we had no aux back-up heat on our heat pumps. Kudos to John who got us fixed up and working correctly in a timely fashion. We think this is a stand-up company who we now can say has great a great service team. I have to rate them at 5 stars for their response to make things right.

I had a new American Standard AC installed on July 10th. The installers that showed up were Peter, Jesse, and Kaden. They showed up on time with the correct equipment and tools necessary for the install. The crew worked well together and had the unit up and running by 3 PM. Everything was done professionally. They also helped me to setup the unit and get it online. The system was exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with the install. John was excellent to work with on the system design. I will be using Top Gun for all my AC needs.
