Renowned Heating and Air Conditioning

On a recommendation we contacted Renowned HVAC, and could not be more pleased. Came by first day and looked at the unit and would need to come back following day to troubleshoot. They found the problem with the thermostat (which was a 30 second fix) and said have a great day, no charge. These are the types of businesses Keller needs to keep. Guys had great integrity, knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend them and will be keeping them as the AC support team for all 3 units.

They used to service our unit without any problems for several years. They live in our neighborhood, but when the owner came to our home and saw we were a gay couple, it was very obvious he had issues with us. We just recently reached out again to service our unit, and we have been ghosted. Never responded to our email. Done with this company.

They installed a new heat pump for me last year. I have now had to call them out three times to fix it, including twice when they failed to install proper drainage for my A/C, causing it to drain into the floor of my attic - the second time causing a large section of my ceiling to collapse. I also had to convince them to come that night to make sure water wouldn’t continue to leak into my house - they wanted to wait until they could get me on the schedule sometime the next day. The owner ended up coming over, and he talked about all the money his company makes and how he has a platinum American Express card and then offered me $1000 dollars for my "inconvenience" and to "keep me off social media," which he never paid. It was extremely inconvenient because I had to take off work for several days for them to come out for service calls and their contractor could make repairs. I tried to be understanding despite the owner lying about compensating me for my inconvenience. The final straw was that I had to call them out when we got frigid temperatures and the owner himself came to the service call and did not remember the massive incident not even a year prior and said they had to set up the emergency heat because "someone" didn’t install it correctly. I informed them that it was them. Their company didn’t install it correctly. Apparently he did not recall being in my house with water and insulation everywhere less than six months earlier. They still charged me $50 for the service call. when they installed the unit, they also failed to advise me that the thermostats I wanted to install would require me to get up in the attic every time it got really cold and manually turn on emergency heat, even though I asked if those were okay for this system and the technician said yes. Bottom line their work sucks, and the owner is erratic and dishonest.

We are so grateful for Cory and Jacob! They came out within an hour for a second opinion on some work on our house. They saved us $2,000!! It was a minor fix. Just wished we would have called sooner before we had other stuff done. So thankful we called them and for them being so honest!!!

I have an older a/c unit, 15 years old. They came out on a Sunday for no "after hours" charge. Corey quickly diagnosed the issue. Understandably could not get the part on a Sunday. Ultimately, no fault of theirs, had to make 3 trips to my house and stood by the original $50 trip charge for all 3 trips. GREAT SERVICE’.

After getting screwed over by a few other FB recommended AC people, my next door neighbor suggested Renowned AC. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice, professional, and fair. Cory and Joey were able to get my old system back up and running better than it had before it went out! They’re the only folks I’m calling from now on!!

Seriously the best! Fit me in same day, serviced quickly, and stands by their work. 100% recommend for all heating and air needs!
