Excellent experience with Korey as he provided service on our heater system and gave us valuable advice and assistance with numerous issues related to home maintenance. I highly recommend this business. Korey is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We also had plumbing work today performed by John Goste, and once again, we were totally impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided. If you need plumbing work, we highly recommend John. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Because of Korey and John, we plan to use Superior Service for all our home maintenance needs.

Called because one of our furnaces wasn’t working and Jerry came out the same day, which was unexpected! He was both kind and professional while diagnosing and explaining in great detail what the issue was. He then thoroughly explained our options. I am so very pleased with the service he provided us and we will most definitely use Superior again. I’ll even request that our technician is Jerry! Thank you for a great and honest experience.

Alex and Noah installed a new gas furnace for me today, replacing a 10-year-old model. They did an outstanding job and worked well as a team. The installation was tidy and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Alex took a few minutes to show me how to use my new thermostat.

We actually did have superior service from Superior Service! We had a leaking toilet and called Superior Service. We got an appointment that very same afternoon! John Goste was our service man, and he did an excellent job. It wasn't just an easy fix, and he explained everything thoroughly as he was working. Teddy & Danny from Superior Service were great. Very professional in their communication and kept the working area clean. They recommended a contractor for updating our bathroom since we had to replace a couple walls anyway. They replaced our main stack & all the pipes & worked with the contractor coordinating getting everything back in working order. They also installed a new garage disposal too. I definitely recommend Superior Services.

I have been a customer with Superior Service for over 10 years. I recently had to replace our heating and cooling system that went out Friday.
