Service tech showed up early, quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained to me how he was going to fix it. He explained the costs and the repair parts to me and had my system up and running in about 15-20 minutes after arriving. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend these folks.

The technician (Jimmy) checked out my 20 year old heating and cooling system. Installed a new capacitor for cooling unit. Did thorough examination of the furnance and concluded that are system was good to go. He did not pressure us into buying a new unit as few other HVAC companies have tried to do. I appreciated his professionalism.

The team at Goldkamp is the best! From prompt scheduling to knowledgeable and efficient repairs, I cannot sing their praises enough. I feel that they are trust worthy and don’t push unnecessary service or repairs. That is hard to find in today’s world.

The A/c went out at our house in the middle of the night during the recent oppressive heat. We called Goldkamp mid-morning and Michelle at the office was very pleasant & helpful. Zach was able to get to the house that afternoon, checked everything thoroughly and found that 2 parts needed to be replaced rather than the entire unit. He replaced the capacitor that day and had to locate and pick up a fan motor. He was back the next day and got the job done and made sure everything was in good order before leaving. We were afraid a new unit would be recommended costing several thousand more and he could've done that and we wouldn't have known any different. But Zach's goal was to get our existing unit in optimal condition. That demonstrates honesty and integrity to us.

Goldkamp showed up 2 hours after we placed a call for service. The repair guy was very informative about required service and very personable. Goldkamp has been very responsive every time we have called for service...they are EXCELLENT!!!
