Len's Air Conditioning

EMPTY PROMISES (but with a friendly voice). Len's installed my ac unit two years ago. Subsequently I noticed that I had problems with its air handling system: it would continually suck up my air filter into the handler. They came out to fix it, but didn't. I have called multiple times for them to return. Each time, in a friendly helpful voice, "We have ordered a part and it should be in soon." A year later and Ten calls! NOTHING! And the street address seems fake

I had a very poor experience with this company, starting with presumably the owner misquoting me over the phone for a job (things happen- but I ended up agreeing to the almost doubled price upon their arrival). However, the AC tech that started working was not familiar with the specific unit I had mounted on my wall, and rather than admitting this, he first broke the metal bracket it was attached to on the wall, and then disassembled the unit. I called the manufacturer (Lavella) and they told me that there are 2 very accessible clips to remove the unit from the wall. This business practically destroyed a $300 air handler and didn’t complete their job.

Recently replaced our AC unit and air handler. Len’s came highly recommended by a friend. When they came to give the estimate, they did not try to sell us more than we needed and gave us the best option for the space we had. Estimate came in reasonable, so we signed the contract. Four days later we had a new unit installed. Two man work crew came on time, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient, cost effective and professional company. Would definitely recommend Len’s!!

We needed to make a change at our work location because of dissatisfaction and Len's Air Conditioning was recommended to us. Best decision we have ever made. Their attention to our needs have been unmatched--they are prompt, courteous, work with integrity, and are very fair in their pricing. They even service my home unit and that same quality of care and expertise also takes place on the residential level. We couldn't be happier and satisfied with everything that Len's does for us.

Just had Jeff with Len's Air Conditioning come out and do a yearly checkout/inspection/ and service. Jeff was conscientious, courteous, competent, and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended solutions to correct them. I couldn't ask for a better company to service our HVAC. They'll be my "go to crew" from now on.

I have used Len's AC for more than 10 years for yearly maintenance and repairs when needed. Recently, during this difficult Covid time, I needed a repair due to a duct leak caused by an animal in my attic. I hadn't had anyone in my home for 9 weeks. I asked about safety and was told that the service folks wear masks and gloves and maintain safe distancing. Jeff sure did. He was great, professional to the max, courteous and honest. He saved me lots of money and meticulously cleaned up everything. It is wonderful having a company I can always trust.
