Finally!! I have nothing but positive things to say about United Jerry was so understanding about our ongoing issue and he definitely sent the best AC technician to find and correct the problem Kevin was at my home almost all day and I can't say how pleased I am w Him. So knowledgeable, explained everything that he needed to and all I can say is Thank you. And when you get tired of getting screwed call Them . And he did all the work at no charge! Good company

I bought my apartment in Florida a bit over 20 years ago and realized, at the time, that I needed to replace my air conditioning and heating units. I used United Air Conditioning because my parents had used them before the apartment was mine. And now, is it 20 years later?, I needed to replace those same units. Because I’ve always had great service and reliability from United, I chose them again this year. When they talk to you on the telephone, you know they hear and understand exactly what you’ve said. Their technicians have always been prompt and reliable. I appreciate having them provide reputable products and services…and they are honest. I’m sticking with United

I've been using United A/C since 2011 in 2 different properties. They've installed 2 new units for me, one in each property. Over the years they've completed semi annual maintenance. They've come to the rescue within a timely manner each time I've had issues. Most recently this past weekend I noticed my thermostat was black/dead. I called the office/answering service at 8ish am. The tech was at my home by 930ish am. He got the unit started. Needless to say I noticed later that evening the same issue had reoccurred. I emailed the company and called the answering service again the following morning. Again the a tech arrived a short time later and got the unit up and running. Later in the day as I was ironing some clothes, I started to sweat. Oh boy, thermostat was out again. The last tech had told me to call him if I had any more problems. Before I remembered to call him directly I called the answering service again. The tech called me back and came back to my home within the hour. This time he did a little more investigating, including checking my filters. He discovered that one of my filters was dirty and suggested maybe that was the issue. (I change my filters every 60 days, and I was right at the 60 day mark). After he left (unit was up and running again) I changed my filters and thus far, all is well!! The filter package states they are good for up to 90 days, hence I've been changing them every 60 days....The tech suggested I change them every 30 days.... I'm very pleased with the service United A/C offers. Their techs know there stuff and there customer service is the best!! Koo-dos to United. (I know this was a long message. I left out some details )

We’ve trusted United with all of our AC needs for over four years, and they’ve always been reliable and professional. Recently, we had an issue after a service call, and they immediately sent another technician to recheck everything. This time, one of their seasoned techs, Dale, went through the system thoroughly and gave us complete peace of mind. United has consistently gone above and beyond, and we continue to rely on them with confidence.

We used United when we lived in our condo. They're great to work with. We moved into a single family home and had United redo all of the duct work, air exchange vents & replace the air handler. The service techs as well as installers are professional and know their trade. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We have been customers of United AC for 17 years and are very satisfied. United AC installed our system and perform annual maintenance inspections. Our most recent technician was Jeffrey N and he was outstanding! He arrived on time and got right to work. Jeffrey was friendly and professional while he performed a very thorough check of our entire system. We will most definitely ask for him by name when we schedule our next inspection. Beth and Robert

Willie that came Friday was great & knew his job. Couldn’t do anything because he didn’t have the part but ordered it & came back Saturday with another man (their off day) to replace the compressor on our AC unit, so we wouldn’t be w/o AC for the weekend. Very polite & got the job done. Monday, Jerry, the owner’s son came out to check why the compressor went as the A/C is only 3 yrs old. United Air didn’t put it in originally . Jerry is coming back with another man to check things out thoroughly. That is above & beyond. That’s how United A/C works!
