Terrible. Jake came out for an estimate for our air conditioner that wasn't working properly. I was given a $1300 quote. My husband wanted a second quote and the 2nd guy fixed the air conditioner that evening for $300. I tried contacting the boss and he never returned my call. It's been over a week and my air is nice and cool. He didn't just put a bandaid on, he fixed it. I'm upset I was going to be ripped off by $1000 most likely because I'm a female. Well, not only have they lost a customer, I will tell everyone not to use them, or at least not send Jake to thier house.
I would like to thank LMS for helping out my family when our heat went out! Not only is LMS prompt with their service but they are very honest. LMS was very respectful of my pending budget and performed the service(s) needed. I would highly recommend LMS to anyone and everyone who is in need of HVAC/Plumbing/Drain Cleaning. Thank you again!
