Balance Point Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

With the cold rainy day yesterday we got to enjoy our heating systems. We’re glad we signed up for the Balance Point Comfort Plan, where when Dave inspected our heating systems earlier this month he found a problem which would have prevented us from using our radiant heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms. During both the inspection and installation Dave explained how the systems worked, what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix them. We appreciated how thorough he was with both his explanations and his work.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I had an issue with my gas furnace leaking and after a bad experience with another company I called Balance Point and they were able to fit me in same day after hours. Matt was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was working fine and safe while also explaining everything he was doing. He didn't try and sell me things I didn't need (unlike the other company). I will be calling these guys in the future for any HVAC work I need in the future.

Balance Point did an excellent job installing our mini split system and I would highly recommend their services. Justin and Tim were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and installed our units quickly and efficiently. Nick was also a great project manager - very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly - he helped make the entire process seamless.

WOW! Great Service all the way around. Our furnace wouldn't kick on, they got to us the same day. Dave C. was our service tech and did a fantastic job. I would definitely refer this company to anyone I know.

I had used the same Fort Collins HVAC company for decades and it was purchased by Balance Point recently. That transition surprised me because they have done even better than the business that I was very happy with for many years. The recent service from Matt demonstrated how intentional this business is about assuring problems are fixed when the need is there. Super!

Matthew was AWEmazing! He took the time to carefully clean my furnace, which probably hadn't been cleaned like that ever. I bought this home over years ago and it hadn't had this kind of attention. I feel so much more at ease now. I have allergies and live with animals, so I appreciate the effort! Matt is a really nice guy and a true professional. Thank you!

Scheduling and working with Balance Point was super easy! We noticed a few points of concern with our humidifier unit, so I scheduled online for later in the week and added a few notes to the appointment details. The next morning, I had a text from Larry asking more about about my concerns and recommended a tech come out same day. Nick, the technician, was super friendly, quick to work and answered all my questions about the unit AND a few other items around the house. Overall great experience!
