Mike has been our go-to guy for years! He’s done amazing work with putting in our new furnace, any in between jobs that needed fix to putting in our new AC unit. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy HVAC company to help you. This is the place for you. I was able to call today and be back up and running today. My issue was minor and more simple to fix but with negative temps out there I wanted to be sure. Instead of taking advantage of the situation they were honest about what needed to be done. If you need HVAC help call them.

Excellent Service. I called on a Thursday and Mike was at my house within about an hour. He immediately knew what was wrong, cleaned a sensor, reset my system and I was all set. The rate was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend them as a top choice in the Rockford area.

Would highly recommend. Mike was very professional. He showed up on time, got the job done for the price quoted, cleaned up after himself and gave a great warrenty.He fixed a furnace for me last year very reasonably which is why I called when my AC went out. It's nice to know I gotta a guy for heating and cooling needs !

If i could rate this business NEGATIVE 5 Stars i would! They showed up extremely late & then never even fixed the problem …. We called them back he said he was on his way and never showed then blocked our phone numbers . We spent a good chunk of money on this service call and he was rude and rushed the job and did not check his work we went 3 days without AC and had to pay another company to come in and fix all of the things he screwed up ! Not Impressed & DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Mike came out very quickly and rewired my thermostat and reset the air conditioner. Honest work. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I didn't need to replace my unit.Highly recommend!!!

This is the first time I've used Carlson Heating and Cooling. They were recommended by a friend. My furnace went out on a Sunday. They returned my call promptly and arrived within and hour to fix the furnace. The thermocoupler needed to be replaced. I've paid other companies more on a weekday to come replace the thermocoupler. I will definitely use Carlson again!
