I had MP Heating and Cooling check my furnace last month after it stopped working. The technician claimed both the inducer board and motor needed replacement, which seemed questionable since you can’t confirm a motor issue without replacing the board first. A second opinion from a reputable technician confirmed my concerns, but I still went with MP because they’re a certified Trane dealer. I requested only the board be replaced, and MP reluctantly agreed. The furnace worked after the repair on October 22, but today I discovered water leaking due to the inducer motor’s hose being left disconnected. When I called to inform the technician, he yelled at me, denied responsibility, and blamed me for not replacing the motor. Many warned me against using MP, and now I see why. The technician’s behavior was unprofessional, and I question whether the mistake was intentional, especially after his earlier guarantee that the motor would fail by January. I cannot recommend MP Heating and Cooling based on this experience.

They're not only responsive with answering when called regarding emergency service, they've contacted me ahead of time to schedule proactive maintenance. Their vast knowledge of the product with both sales and service is obvious and the prices have always been more than fair. It's rare to find a service company that has all of these traits. I have had several emergencies with furnaces and water heaters in the past 10 years, and Chris has been phenomenal in responding quickly regardless of the time or day. He has found hard to find parts, responded very quickly to breakdowns, and provided emergency replacement installations for me and family members. His fees are very reasonable and he is one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. Absolutely the best!!
