Bruce conducted a thorough estimate, clearly explained every detail and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, even after hours. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent and everything happened according to plan. Joe and Brandon showed up on time, we reviewed the layout of our home and they got right to work. Both of them are skilled craftsman of the trade, kind, courteous and left out home exactly the way they found it, some spots even cleaner! I had a very good experience with Comfort Matters. Chase came out and walked me through options. He was very nice. Answered my questions and was very quick to get back to me. Install crew were very nice as well. I don't know tons about HVAC, but the finished install looks good and you wouldn't have known they were even there after they left.

Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Matters was extremely competent and customer oriented. They gave me the most responsive high efficiency furnace bid at the best price of five bids solicited. The owner, Cory followed up on my questions and made sure the bid addressed them. The installation crew was the best I have ever had for a major appliance purchase. They went over and beyond my expectations. Initially, a part that was needed to connect out thermostats to WiFi was going to take a week to secure, but the service manager, Jordan lilland, able to find one that same day. They sent out the same wonderful tech Eric Vang and he did the job seamlessly and in good time. This was our first time using them and they won our business because we signed up for their service plan too.
