Donnie and Hosea kept me in touch with me on their arrival. Donnie worked patiently and focused in resolving the issue of "cool air". After much effort, he got the thermostat set for the cold air outside and heat inside. Thank you so much!

AB, provided exceptional customer service! I was perpared and convinced that I had to purchase a new unit based on the feedback I received previously about my A/C unit. We used this company as a maintenance for our heating and air units. We been going back and forth getting our unit repaired for the last year with this company. This unit is less than 8 years old. So what could be the problem. We were told we had a leak and we should replace our unit for some outrageous price. This is because they said the unit might be leaking. Instead of repairing it, they charged us $600+ dollars for Freon and left. He asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We just laughed and said no. The unit went out the next day. We called and asked to have management call us back. They never called. Good they don’t need to. Spoke to others who have had the same experience. How did they get 5 Stars? Good luck folks if you choose this company.

The team did an excellent job with the HVAC / Duct install. Every member of the team were diligent, respectful and completed the job in a timely manner. I do recommend this company to anyone . Thank you all for your hard work and getting us cool in this heat.

They responded promptly to my call for A/C tune-up service. He performed the assessment, informed me of current/future issues and offered several workable solutions. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was very satisfied with their service and will use them again moving forward.

My experience with Opachs in having a HVAC installment was excellent! It was definitely 5 star service! Opach's Sales Rep A.C. was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me. He answered all my questions thru out the process. He worked with me to make the unit more affordable. The service techs that installed the unit were great! They were friendly, courteous, motivated and took pride in their work. They cleaned up thoroughly during and after the unit was installed. I would like to extend my gratitude to OPACH’s technicians who came to replace my Aunt’s AC unit which had gone completely out. (20 years old). The service was very quick and the technicians were professional, friendly & very humorous too! I would highly recommend this company to anyone & everyone! Great job!
