I had a great experience with CAM AIR A/C & HEATING LLC. From the moment I called, they were responsive and set up an appointment that worked for me. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my unit, clearly explained what was wrong before fixing it. The repair was completed quickly and correctly. I am very satisfied with the services they provided. I will continue to use their services. Recommended!

Fast response at first but took 2 weeks to analyze and fix the problem. Because I have a home warranty, I was told I would also be put at the end of the list of work assignments. I contacted them last Friday for an update, they never completed the paperwork at their office to indicate the job was still open. Monday was a holiday and Tuesday they never answered their phone. I called home choice and was told I had to wait another 24 hours for them to respond. When I spoke to the owner finally today, I was told that they could not work on my ac because they were froze out of the job lists the choice. I waited an extra week with degree temps being 100 degrees because of ineffective documentation and communication. This is unacceptable for an elderly women living in south Texas.

Several months ago, Joe came and took time to clean and meticulously seal leaks that our old A/C had. He did a great job! Yesterday Rafael came to check out an issue with my A/C and was very professional and kind. He went above and beyond to take care of what needed to be done.

Great service and great work. The technicians were professional and proficient. They made their scheduled appointment time, they called and checked in to make sure that I wasn’t waiting for too long.
