Ferns AC provided us with great and fast service! What made this experience even more top notch is that he came out during the floods we just had in the valley, we were flooded in and he still risked coming out to help us. He found the issue and resolved it really quick. We have reached out to him in the past and he always comes through and provides great service! He is professional, courteous, and punctual! My family and I recommend him to anyone needing these services!

Fern was awesome! He came by as soon as we reached out to him and took care of business. I'm super grateful considering it was around 8ish and didn't think I'd have my AC running again until the next day. I highly recommend him!

It’s always a pleasure to call fern when we need our AC’s checked . He went out to service and maintenance our Church in Mercedes and with out hesitation he was right on it he was able to find the problem and make some adjustments. Our a/c stopped working overnight...didnt know what it could be. I called ferns a/c and he came out in the afternoon and fixed it in no time. He is very knowledgeable and has reasonsble pricing. We will be calling him again for our a/c needs.

What an amazing Repairman! He went above and beyond to get my air back into working condition. I called late afternoon, he came that same evening to check to see what was wrong. He needed to do a washout, and add dye and freon, so he came back the next day to do the work. Efficient, and yet took the time to talk to us while working and even before and after work was done. His son came along with him, and what a nice young man he is! They even let my young son "help" them! The work got done and my AC is working great again! (Better than since we moved here.) I highly recommend this AC company. Oh and the cost? He did double the work compared to another company that my insurance had called and charged much less than they wanted! Thank you again!
