I recently bought a townhome in Mesa this past March. I knew the AC unit was old possibly the original. In May I had Rusty’s out to service the unit. The AC was working, but my tech was honest about its condition. He never tried scare tactics nor did he attempt to upsell me. I requested a quote for good, better, best replacement options. Richard came out that afternoon and wrote me up a quote on 3 options as well as spending time answering any questions and concerns I had. At no time did he pressure me to close the deal or again attempt to scare me into a new unit. I asked him to let me think on it over the weekend. He followed up on Monday and again no pressure and answered all my questions. Replacing an AC unit is a big expense, however, I was so impressed with everyone I had dealt with from Richard to Jeff in the office that I decided to move forward with a new Bosch VS package unit. Their price was more than fair (I shopped around) and they set me up for install within a few days. The process was seamless and they did everything they said they would do. Richard has also continued to answer any questions I have with a quick response and the answers I needed. It’s day 3 since the install and so far I am very happy with my decision. Thank you Richard, Caden, and Jeff along with the rest of the Rusty’s team for outstanding customer service, integrity, and honesty! I will remain a loyal Rusty’s customer and recommend them anyone I can. If you are looking to service, repair, or replace your ac unit, call Rusty’s they will not let you down!

I contacted Rusty's to address an issue with outside air entering my HVAC system, which increases dust and causes wood burning smoke to enter my house during the winter. Richard quickly assessed the issue and provided multiple solutions so I could select the best solution for my situation. He quickly implemented the solution the same day and I look forward to having peace of mind this winter. I also appreciate that this is a local company, not an impersonal corporation. I will definitely use Rusty's again in the future!

Our AC went out on a Thursday afternoon. After realizing it that evening my husband quickly called Rusty's and they had Richard at our house within an hour. Richard quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the bad part within minutes. Richard was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We had another company come to service our HVAC system. We were told it needed replacing. Wanted a 2nd opinion. Rusty's was recommended. Sean came out the next day. Our unit doesn't need replacing, only servicing. Sean was professional and personable. We will be using Rusty's from now on.
