I can't say enough good things about Service Tech One HVAC. From the moment I called, they were professional and responsive. They arrived exactly on time for my appointment, which is always a great sign. Brad and his technician were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue with my system and explaining what was needed in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was their honesty and integrity. The pricing was great, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy things I didn't need. It was a completely straightforward experience with no upselling. Their service was top-notch, and the repair was done efficiently and correctly. I highly recommend Brad and his team for any future HVAC needs. This is the kind of reliable, honest service that's hard to find.

First I want to mention that I usually do not take the time to write reviews but my experience with this company and its owner compelled me to stop and take the time. We bought an AC system for our house about 6 years ago from Service Tec One Heating and Air. Brad Houston and his crew were very fast, professional and efficient. The price to remove the old unit and install the new one was fantastic. Well selling me something is one thing but their response to service is OUTSTANDING ! 1) It was after hours on a weekend and I called to leave Service Tec One a message so that hopefully I could get them out as soon as possible to see what was wrong. Well not only did the owner Brad Houston call me back shortly but walked me through the process of a simple cure after I told him what it was doing and we had our AC back working within 30 minutes. 2) Recently our AC started blowing warm air. I called Service Tech One and they were out within an hour and said it was a bad capacitor but was covered under warranty and only charged me a nominal service call and had it going within 15 minutes. Service after the sale is important and i will never use anyone else. Hats off to Brad Houston and his crew at Service Tec One Heating and Air they should change their name to Best Heating and Air Company in America !

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Service Tec One! My A/C unit was struck by lightning on a Wednesday evening, and I was in a panic with the summer heat creeping in. I checked Angi’s List on Thursday, and within minutes of submitting my request, I got a call back. Talk about fast service! Brad from Service Tec One stood out from the very beginning. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back up and running quickly. I had a couple of other service companies come out for quotes, but Brad blew them out of the water—not just in price, but in professionalism and clarity. By Friday, my new unit was fully installed. The entire team was efficient, courteous, and respectful of my home. They worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, and left me feeling so relieved and thankful. If you’re looking for a company that’s responsive, honest, and goes above and beyond, Service Tec One is it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. They’ll absolutely get you right!

The technician was able to come out at set time and quickly resolve my issue fast and efficiently. He had a willingness to answer all my concerns and took time to teach me how to maintain my system. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again! Highly satisfied!

Brad and his nephew are the best. Had an issue with furnace on a Sunday and to my surprise he came out. That's unheard of. That's why I have a maintenance agreement with him. Brad and Fred came by today for my summer AC checkup. These guys epitomize competence a great customer service. I also renewed my customer service agreement with them.

Thank you Service Tec One! Brad, you saved the day! I called without an appointment on a 98degree day when our a/c went out. Brad was at our house and our a/c was up and running within 30 minutes. Very fast service, reasonable pricing, no run-around or unnecessary upgrades. I will call again when the a/c goes out!
