Jonathan arrived and was honest and hardworking from the moment he arrived, I appreciated that he gave me honest advice, did not try to upsell me, and did not leave until the job was complete. Fabian came right out and investigated what we needed and provided a reasonable quote. He then returned and installed a new shutoff valve, a replacement water pressure reducer, and a new Automatic Flow Shutoff valve. He also replaced a shower cartridge to stop a shower drip. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. I will use them again.

Our hot water tank was leaking and we called the 1800 Plumber(neighbors recommended) The lady who answered the phone(shock) was polite and helpful! Within the hour, Max came and went to work ! He did a great job re-doing piping that had been installed incorrectly and put the new water heater in by himself !! We will definitely recommend this company.
